Service Agreement

Per OSHA Regulations:
1910.178(q)(1)”Any power-operated industrial truck not in safe operating condition shall be removed from service. All repairs shall be made by authorized personnel.”

1910.178(p)(1): “If at any time a power industrial truck is found to be in need of repair, defective or in any way unsafe, the truck shall be taken out of service until it has been restored to safe operating condition.”

Powered industrial trucks may become hazardous if maintenance is neglected and repairs or adjustments are not performed. It is strongly recommended that all power industrial trucks have maintenance and inspections performed in conformance with a scheduled Planned Maintenance (PM) program.

Planned Maintenance is a program in which inspection; minor adjustments, lubrication, oil changes and replacement of filters are performed on a scheduled and systematic basis. A solid PM program should incorporate a method of record keeping which enables you to better determine PM schedules and enables you to track the maintenance costs per machine.

Planned Maintenance is a service designed to reduce expense, to insure your truck is in safe operating condition and to avoid unscheduled downtime. As a free service to your company we would like to meet with you and discuss your material handling and service needs. A scheduled planned maintenance program can save you money while making your workplace a safer environment for everyone.

If you already have a scheduled maintenance program with us, please disregard this notice. And we truly appreciate your business, and we’re grateful for the trust you’ve place in us. We hope to have the pleasure of doing business with you for many years to come.
